 Requirement and Policy for M.S.S. Instructors.

 M.S.S. Minimum requirements for Instructors - Must have a current user certification by TASER®. We would prefer, TASER® Instructor certification, but not required. 

Instructor certification is valid for 1 year.

Instructor must maintain a student log for two years.

Instructors will send, M.S.S. the names of students and date of training to M.S.S. within 7 days. M.S.S. Will issue a certificate for the student (Valid for two years) and send the certificate to these Instructor for their signature. The fee for this is $20.00 per student.

M.S.S. Will maintain a copy of all Instructors and students certificates.

M.S.S. Reserves the right to de-certify any Instructor or Student, that becomes ineligible to own a firearm, under Federal or State law.

M.S.S. Reserve the right to change add or modify this policy.

Medical Security Solutions has develop a training course that meets or exceeds the requirements for the  use of E.C.D's. (TASER® STUN GUNS and other devices.) in medical facilities consistent with Federal interpretations involving the use of these devices on persons receiving medical treatment as well as discussion of current sample health care facilities policies and procedures in this area.

The course will emphasize the evaluation and decision making process and documentation requirements.

This course will also assist in differentiating between criminal behavior and patients with mental or behavioral problems and the decision to deployed E.C.D.'s in each circumstance. 

This course can reduce liability in Medical Facilities when Medical Personnel, Law Enforcement and Security Personnel are trained appropriately .
